Reincarnation Choices of the Future

Between now and the year 2100 AD, people will find themselves in an increasing variety of environments:

1. Today’s 3D Earth
When The Shift occurs, those who are ready will move up into fourth density. Those who choose to be left behind will exist in third density (3D) until they pass on from that life. Reincarnation into 3D Earth will wind down and stop as the new planet will be the new host for 3D humans. The 3D Earth will wind down as a place for human residence and, after centuries of being unpopulated, that version of the Earth will be withdrawn from existence.

2. The ascended physical 4D Earth
The finer senses and finer matter of physical life in fourth density (4D) will usher in a new golden age of human creativity, peace and freedom. The age of 3D limitation will have become history. Living an ecological lifestyle in harmony with the Earth will be just the first step in the flowering of human potential in this less-dense, 4D environment.

3. The ascended afterlife
Just as physical people will move up with The Shift, so will the so-called ‘dead’ – people in the afterlife – who are ready be risen from their current sub-realm of fourth-density existence to the mid-to-upper regions of 4D. Those in the afterlife who are ready to shift will exist in a higher part of 4D than those in ascended physical bodies. Because the focus of the higher realms of 4D is spirituality, they will begin to experience an unprecedented renaissance of spiritual thought and action.

4. The unascended afterlife
Just as in 3D physicality, there will be those in the afterlife who do not wish to ascend into a higher realm. 4D consists of 12 sub-realms, which we can term 4:1 through 4:12. In the afterlife, people live in the sub-realm which most suits their chosen frequency of consciousness. Those who are not interested in higher consciousness are currently in the basic afterlife realm of 4:3, or in the lower astral realms of 4:1 and 4:2. As a general rule, most of those ready for The Shift in the afterlife currently live in 4:4. In The Shift, they will ascend initially to 4:6, vacating 4:4 for use by the incoming physical ascendees from 3D.

5. The new planet
The new planet, as viewed in the Mass Dreams of the Future project, has dome-covered cities for 3D physical humans while the atmosphere of this younger planet is being transformed for general habitation and development. Those who choose to move to the new planet will begin a new cycle of incarnations. A complete set of Earth-type human experience involves a time frame equivalent to a cosmic cycle of 26,000 Earth years. The full package involves experiencing 12 different astrological ages of 2,160 years each. Within each of these, all 12 personal birth signs are experienced in both roles as male and female. 12 times 12 times 2 is 288 – one complete set of 3D physical incarnations. After that, it’s time for another ‘harvest of souls,’ where they once again choose whether to ascend into heart-centered consciousness or repeat another cycle of 3D human experience.

6. Space explorers from 4D Earth
Many participants in the Mass Dreams of the Future project saw themselves exploring space travel and other planets. The space age has begun and such explorations will accompany the development of gravitational control and new propulsion systems.

The main difference in the above environments is that they all hinge on your decision to ascend with The Shift or stay behind in a world of conflict. The pressure is rising every year for us to resolve inner conflicts and rise in consciousness through unconditional love and forgiveness. The Shift may be a sudden transformation into a higher physical environment, but the decision to join it is being made every day as we prepare ourselves for spiritual transformation.

Daily spiritual practices are important, whether you practice meditation, world healing, or just focus on becoming centered within before the start of each new day.

These are the days of the harvest of souls. Spiritual connection and the healing and release of conflicts are vital to your spiritual health and your future happiness. These are the days when a kind heart is the gateway to the next stage of human development. Everything you do to help others make it through The Shift will be forever remembered in the records of life on Earth.

The angry sun

For months mounting fear has driven researchers to wring their hands over the approaching solar storms. Some have predicted devastating solar tsunamis that could wipe away our advanced technology, others voiced dire warnings that violent explosions on the surface of the sun could reach out to Earth, breach our magnetic field, and expose billions to high intensity X-rays and other deadly forms of cancer-causing radiation.

Now evidence has surfaced that something potentially more dangerous is happening deep within the hidden core of our life-giving star: never-before-seen particles—or some mysterious force—is being shot out from the sun and it’s hitting Earth.

Whatever it is, the evidence suggests it’s affecting all matter.

Alarmed physicists first became aware of this threat over the past several years. Initially dismissed as an anomaly, now frantic scientists are shooting e-mails back and forth to colleagues across the world attempting to grasp exactly what is happening to the sun.

Something impossible has happened. Yet the “impossible” has been proven to be true. Laboratories around the globe have confirmed that the rate of radioactive decay—once thought to be a constant and a bedrock of science—is no longer a constant. Something being emitted from the sun is interacting with matter in strange and unknown ways with the startling potential to dramatically change the nature of the very Earth itself.

Exactly what has scientists so on edge is the fact that the natural rate of decay of atomic particles has always been predictable. Indeed, using the decay rate of Carbon-14 has been a method to date archeological artifacts. The process, known as carbon dating, measures the quantity of Carbon-14 within organic objects. According to the numbers, Carbon-14 has a specific half-life of 5,730 years. Physicists have proven through exhaustive observation and experimentation over the course of a century that it takes 5,730 years for Carbon-14 atoms to decay into a stable Nitrogen-14.

The values don’t change—or at least they never have in the past. With certain evidence that radioactive decay can be significantly affected by an unknown effect from the sun, much of science is turned on its head.

Rate of decay speeding up

Worst of all, if the decay rates of matter are being mutated then all matter on Earth is being affected including the matter that makes up life.

The mutation may go so far as to change the underlying reality of the quantum universe—and by extrapolation-the nature of life, the principles of physics, perhaps even the uniform flow of time.

In fact, some evidence of time dilation has been gleaned from close observation of the decay rate. If particles interacting with the matter are not the cause—and matter is being affected by a new force of nature-then time itself may be speeding up and there’s no way to stop it.

Neutrinos the cause?

Researchers have correlated the anomalies in the decay rate to a 33-day period. That time frame matches the 33-day rotation of the solar core. Such a match strains credulity as being a mere coincidence.

Since the sun’s core is known to blast out continuous streams of particles called neutrinos, some scientists are attempting to find evidence that neutrinos are the culprits behind the mutation of matter.

There’s a problem with that hypothesis, however, as neutrinos are like ghost particles. They’re extremely difficult to detect. Normally, neutrinos pass through the Earth without any interaction at all. To a neutrino, it’s as if the Earth doesn’t exist.

Other than discovering a previously unknown property of neutrinos, or finding a new particle altogether, the possibility exists that no particle is behind the changes recorded in the radioactive decay rates. What could be causing the phenomenon is a previously unknown force.

Unknown dangers

As the sun builds towards solar maximum and a period of dangerous intensity never experienced by any living person inexorably approaches, strange, uncontrollable forces could be building deep within its fiery nuclear furnace.

It’s already been proven that the sun’s mass warps time, bends light waves and accounts for mutation of species on Earth. Now this new force may be directly interacting with matter in a way that could not only change Mankind’s understanding of physics, but change Mankind itself…and not necessarily in a beneficial way.

Yes, the e-mails will continue to fly and the hands will continue to wring. But in the end, we are all just observers.

Whether the phenomenon has no real impact on humanity, or the worst impact imaginable, nothing can be done to stop it. Once again, the titanic forces of nature rear up to overwhelm our technology—and we find ourselves like the playthings of gods.

Utterly helpless.

The Sun Can Lob Curveballs

Sandy Koufax has a solar equivalent. The great former Brooklyn and Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher was famous for his ferocious curveball. Now scientists have discovered that powerful bursts of magnetism emanating from sunspots near the poles of the sun can be arced back toward Earth by the solar magnetic field. The finding creates another potential headache for people who run or rely on GPS satellites, telecommunications networks, and power grids, but it also means more reliable warnings about these electromagnetic disturbances.

The sun’s coronal mass ejections (CMEs) are of more than just scientific interest. When these gigantic bursts of electrically charged, extremely hot gas particles hit satellites, they can disrupt TV and radio transmissions, GPS signals, and cell phone calls. They can also overload electric power grids on the ground and pose a radiation hazard for astronauts in orbit. One recent U.S. National Academy of Sciences study of the potential hazards from a major CME hitting Earth estimated that the damage could total more than a trillion dollars and require up to 10 years to repair. Scientists have spent years attempting to track CMEs and provide enough warning to allow precautions, such as placing satellites in temporary safe modes.

So an international team analyzing data from NASA’s twin STEREO spacecrafts, which provide three-dimensional observations of solar activity, made an important discovery when they noticed something that had been predicted but never observed: CMEs launched into space from the sun’s high latitudes following trajectories that brought them back toward the solar system’s equatorial plane—where Earth resides. “We were really surprised and thought something might be wrong with our algorithms,” says solar physicist Peter Gallagher of Trinity College Dublin.

Further analyses revealed, however, that the curving solar storm tracks were accurate. CMEs emerging from sunspots located at latitudes of 60˚ or higher, north and south, can have their tracks bent by the sun’s magnetic field and pushed out toward the planets by the 500-kilometer-per-second solar wind. Gallagher and colleagues report this week in Nature Communications that the magnetic fields of CMEs also affect their trajectories. These fields tend to rotate, and their rotation can either sharpen the curve of the trajectory or flatten it out, depending on whether the CME is traveling slower or faster than the solar wind at the moment. The result is that, just like the breaking curveballs by a Major League pitcher, the bent tracks of CMEs can vary.

Gallagher, who used to compile solar-activity warnings for NASA, says the findings mean that space-weather forecasters need to watch high-latitude ejections more carefully. The normal reaction when CMEs emerge from the polar regions has been to think “that they’re going to miss us.” The new data show that isn’t the case.

The imaging process the researchers have developed to track CMEs is “quite innovative,” says Madhulika Guhathakurta, a solar physicist with NASA’s STEREO mission in Washington, D.C. The ability to track even curving CMEs through space “is of great benefit to forecasters of space weather,” adds Guhathakurta, who was not involved in the research.

The researchers have “clearly shown that [solar] storms launched initially at high latitudes can still affect us at Earth,” says solar physicist William Thompson, a contractor for the STEREO mission at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight center in Greenbelt, Maryland. Thompson adds that although scientists have long known solar storms can change directions while close to the sun, “it was surprising to find that this can still be the case farther along [in their] journey.”

Gresik, Indonesia – Fish net in hand, Prigi Arisandi kicks off his sandals and wades into a shallow stream. Behind him a gaggle of uniformed high school students bend to their task: identifying the plants and bugs scooped from the waterway. Water samples are decanted into ice-cube trays and the contents are matched with textbook drawings.

For Mr. Prigi, an environmental activist, these weekly classes are another way to tackle river pollution, which has afflicted vital waterways in Java, Indonesia’s most densely populated island. He wants to instill in his students the need to protect the biodiversity of the 13-mile Surabaya River where he once played as a child, before factories moved in and the waters ran black.

The stream is clear and healthy. The nearby fields are planted with sugar cane. But Prigi worries that factories and houses will soon replace the fields and pose a threat to the rivers. So he’s teaching the kids to understand and cherish their environment.

“More factories and houses will come here. I want [the children] to be prepared,” he says.

Prigi’s efforts to check the dumping of toxic waste have become a personal crusade. “He never stops thinking about the river,” says Daru Setyorini, his wife and fellow activist, whom he met while studying biology at university.

In recognition of these efforts, Prigi is a recipient of the 2011 Goldman Environmental Prize, announced Monday, April 11, in San Francisco. The award is worth $150,000 and is given to six worldwide recipients in various categories.

Together with Ms. Daru, with whom he has three children, Prigi runs Ecoton, an nongovernmental organization with a staff of nine people and an annual budget of around $57,000. The award represents a boost for its campaign against river pollution, which has led it to sue the provincial government in 2007 for failing to enforce water-quality regulations. In a landmark ruling, the court ordered the government to set maximum limits for toxic discharges by factories into the Surabaya River.

The government now monitors the discharges using river boat patrols. And the water quality has improved, according to official data. But Prigi says the government should do more.

Prigi plans to use part of his prize money to build a research and ecotourism site near the river’s pristine source, where it is known as the Brantas River. He worries that unchecked upstream development could pollute the Brantas and other waterways. His plan is to work with local villages to develop eco-friendly alternatives that generate income.

“We are rich in biodiversity, but we don’t know it,” he says.

Firsthand impact of rapid industrialization

Growing up in Gresik, outside the port city of Surabaya, Prigi saw firsthand the impact of rapid industrialization. As a student he led protests against factories that dumped untreated waste into the river. His passion for environmental causes and field research left little time for study, but with Daru’s help he graduated and plunged into full-time activism.

He began running river tours for young people and encouraging schools to add environmental programs. Some looked askance at the bespectacled activist with his wildlife posters. “They thought I was a salesman. I said, no, I want to give this to you,” he laughs.

At the same time, Prigi tried to goad local authorities into tackling water pollution. After the fall of dictator Suharto in 1998, Indonesia’s media found its voice and Prigi became adept at courting publicity for his causes. But effluents from factories and houses continued to flow into the Surabaya River, which provides drinking water for the city’s 3 million residents.

“It was black, like coffee,” says Daru.

In October 2007, it got worse. Prigi got reports of dead fish floating in the river and set off to find the cause. His investigation led him to a state-owned sugar factory that had tried to cover up a leak in its treatment plant. After Prigi went to the local media with his findings, the factory admitted its error and agreed to upgrade its plant, a legacy of Dutch colonial rule.

Koesriharto, a factory official, says the new equipment has cut the amount of effluent discharged into the river. “We want to improve our waste-water treatment with new technology,” he says.

Indonesia passed a new environmental law in 2009 that stiffens penalties for polluters, including criminal charges for company owners. But Prigi knows that some factory bosses will shrug off the risk of prosecution. That’s why he keeps putting pressure on provincial authorities to monitor water quality and keep tabs on industrial zones.

Ongoing efforts

Factories aren’t the only culprits. On a recent overcast morning, Prigi paddles his rubber boat past a swath of houses that back onto the river. Garbage floats past: plastic bags, bottles, tree branches, flip-flops, and lighters. Pipes protrude from brick outhouses, flushing waste directly into the river. Yet women still bend to wash clothes in the murky water.

After years of castigating factories for their toxic discharge, Prigi has begun to focus on the problem posed by household waste. Thousands of houses line the riverbank and there is little awareness of the health risks. “People don’t care about the river. They don’t know that the river [supplies] our drinking water,” he says.

As he scans the riverbanks, Daru scoops up water samples to test on her hand-held equipment. She shows the results to Prigi, who suspects that an upstream sluice gate has been opened, sending a cascade of waste into the river. He pulls out his mobile phone and calls the river regulatory agency, ready to do battle again.

While the general public remains confused, propagandized and in denial in regards to extraterrestrial reality, it has become obvious to me that the extraterrestrial assimilation and integration process has been growing rapidly the past 60 years. Obviously most of this integration has been going on in secret and out of the public eye without adequate public oversight, transparency and safeguards.

Anybody who wants to seriously look at the evidence will find plenty of cases referring to hybrids integrating into government, secret meetings and treaties with extraterrestrials, direct human ET infiltration etc. I have tried to cover this in many of my blog articles over the years.

Elaine Douglass wrote a good article in the Journal of Abduction Research about a whistle blower who saw a hybrid running an employment desk at the CIA. A contact of mine going by the screen name Infotech was taken to a CIA building where there were people running about that did not look quite human. Britain’s Councilor Hicks http://www.councillorhicks.co.uk/apparently met a hybrid on the street. This evidence is just too much to ignore.

A friend’s source that claims family connections to MJ 12 had this to say, “There is rumor of grey/human hybrids. I have seen video and pics, but have never met one. Sad, but the video of the hybrid that I saw was, well, kinda cute ( it was a female). Very thin with almost Asian features and long dark hair, grey eyes and a small face. If you saw her on the street, you would think that she was a young Asian schoolgirl who didn’t eat much! Scary!!”

Recently Secretary of State Hilliary Clinton admonished the Chinese involved in Internet censorship that obstructing the free flow of information in society is a very damaging and destructive thing and I completely agree. The problem is that it has been the U.S. that has dropped the information curtain on humanity by creating and directing the global UFO/ET cover-up the past sixty years. This is just one more case of the U.S. talking the talk but not walking the walk in regards to human civil liberties and freedoms!

This restriction of vital extraterrestrial information to our society has resulting in grave damage not only to earth human culture, but has also created associated collateral global environmental degradation through corporate suppression of clean, cheap ET related energy sources. I think the U.S. needs to practice what it preaches and end the Cover-up now!

How can there be a constructive collective integration of humanity into extraterrestrial society when this vital extraterrestrial related information is denied to humanity as a whole and remains controlled by a few political, economic, scientific and military elite leader gatekeepers? The greatest possible perspective is always vital and essential information that is needed by every individual and group so as to make the best choices as to how to proceed in life. Our situation in relation to extraterrestrial reality is no different from that of a farmer in an isolated region who has little contact with global society. In spite of his isolation, his survival, mental and emotional state is greatly influenced by global crop, fuel and fertilizer prices. If the farmer does not have access to this global information and knows how to use it to his advantage, his ability to make a living is severely compromised along with his mental and emotional health. Even Clinton in her speech supporting Internet information flow made comments in this regard.

With the extraterrestrial information being so limited to such a select few, no wonder that such serious mistakes have and are being made as we integrate into extraterrestrial reality. These secret errors and blunders not only put the whole human race as risk of exploitation and colonization by extraterrestrial colonial powers, but they threaten all life on earth from environmental degradation through human overpopulation and continued reliance on fossil fuels.
For those of us that have taken the trouble to become informed, the question is how can we speed up this process of integration and make the process more beneficial for the whole of humanity in the long run. It’s clear that so far much of the integration process benefits only a small powerful minority of economic, political and military elite.

The first step toward rescuing ourselves from this approaching pending disaster is to end the UFO/ET cover-up quickly. Then and only then can we collectively work together to address extraterrestrial reality in a positive and beneficial way that maintains our collective independence, sovereignty and human rights and liberties.

The elite’s selfish, greedy, fearful shortsighted approach seems to be based on maintaining predatory control over the masses of humanity. This natural competitive predatory process has become ever more extreme so that it now threatens humanities very existence including the predatory elites responsible or this deplorable situation. When the rabbit population in Alaska crashes, the fox and lynx population crashes soon after. What a mess!

We all know that the laws of physics apply across the universe not just here on earth and it’s the same for natural evolutionary laws. I realize its a big step for people to understand, but even we and the extraterrestrials are a product of our environment and are subject to natural law. The most important concept that we must understand in this case is that nature supports those species no matter how advanced, that can most correctly balance competition and cooperation in the quest for new resources and environmental niches.

I believe many people in the UFO/ET community and in exopolitics have a very erroneous perception of the various extraterrestrial species and civilizations, believing them to be either evil or out to save us from ourselves. The reality is that every species across the universe looks out for itself first and foremost. It is true that some species are more predatory and very threatening to us while there are other more cooperative-competitive species that are smart enough to proceed with a win-win approach to extraterrestrial behavior rather than a win-loose approach. Fortunately for us we seem to be under a Nordic colonial protectorate that keeps other more predatory races like the Reptilians and Grays from colonizing and exploiting us too badly.

My friends source claiming MJ 12 family connections has this to say. “The base on Mars is the other end of the wormhole. They don’t like to send people through it though. People are sent by STL ships, so yes one could conclude that OSW (Office of Solar Warden) is involved! (See Solar Warden Articles http://exopolitics.blogspot.com/2009/05/solar-warden-articles.html )

The source continues, “Nordic society is well, Nordic society. Imagine what the Vikings would have become had they not been hit by the black death and the dark ages. No, they spoke to me, although I am sure they are telepathic, they preferred to speak to me. They enjoy being around ‘people of their kind’, that is well, folks from a Scandinavian or European background. Simple logic there I guess.

Some of their ships are huge, being over 300 meters in length. Never been on one, but would sure like to. The Nordics appear to be galactic babysitters. But since most people are in denial, they ignore most people. Folks that are multilingual, real well trained in any field of the military or sciences, can expect a visit. Hell, they may visited you, and you didn’t know it!! Not all of them are tall. the ones I have seen look quite normal and varied from human standards, although I have never seen a fat one!LOL :)”

I believe we should cultivate alliances with those that favor win-win approaches to extraterrestrial relations and avoid becoming entangled in relationships with more self centered predatory species even if there may be benefits in the short run being used to bait us with technological trinkets like the Greys seem to do. We should not even be involving ourselves with the Greys in my estimation. The word seems to be getting out in military circles as a contact told me about a military patch that had a Grey in the middle of the patch surrounded by the words, “Tastes Like Chicken”.

My friends source had this to say on this subject I have been writing about in several articles about extraterrestrial conflicts and warfare. “The Nordics and the Greys had an alliance which fell apart at this same time. The Nordics, who can be quite warlike when they want to be, opened up a can of whoopass on the Greys, and the war cost the Greys a lot of ground.

The Grey’s were apparently using the Nordics for their own purposes, and the Nordics were not amused. The US/EU/UN still works with the Greys, so we all know where this going to end. If a species, society or civilization becomes too internally competitive and factional, it can self destruct internally. If a individual or society is too outwardly competitive it will exhaust itself internally and collapse outwardly through excessive conflicts and wars with its neighbors. On the other hand if a species becomes too cooperative inwardly and outwardly, this can lead to complacently and so much self sacrifice that the species becomes vulnerable to violent externally competitive forces. We need both our violent and peaceful aspects of ourselves in order to survive in the foreseeable future. Both the ET hawks and doves need to quit fighting each other and come to the understanding that there is a place for both viewpoints.

In observing nature we can see that the human race has walked a very fine line between cooperation and competition the past 100,000 years. This balance has allowed us to become the top predator on the planet to the extent that we have wiped out other natural competitors and even other species of homo. Now that we have made it to the top of the food chain on earth we still fight and prey upon each other even while we also cooperate amongst ourselves to hone our competitive- cooperation skills in order to stay on top.

In the 1940’s the military, economic, scientific and political elite suddenly realized that the competitive-cooperative playing field was suddenly much larger than anybody had realized or imagined. We were no longer at the top of the food chain but quite low on the food chain in regards to extraterrestrial reality. These leaders first reacted in fear and then later in greed as it could be seen that much power and profit could be had from secret exploitation of extraterrestrial realities and resources.

This has been a very dangerous, myopic and short sighted approach to integration into extraterrestrial reality. This approach has put us all at risk not just from secret internal predation from our own kind, but also from external predation from other more technically advanced extraterrestrial species in the galactic neighborhood.

In order to adequately fend for ourselves and maintain our independence, freedoms and liberties, we as a collective whole have to cooperate together to understand our collective situation and how to proceed to our advantage. We cannot do this while working in excessive secrecy and competitive cross purposes amongst ourselves. We must move the balance to more cooperation else we be conquered, enslaved, even destroyed and supplanted by extraterrestrial species more adaptable and balanced according to natural law.

This is the fundamental reason why disclosure must happen quickly and in a positive manner so that we can get back in control over our extraterrestrial situation. As a civilization we can’t play politics, cooperate and compete with other extraterrestrial players adequately if we all are not individually and collectively informed and consciously included in the process of assimilation into extraterrestrial reality.

Kolontár, Hungary – Workers with red-stained hands covered this town and others in southwest Hungary on Wednesday, cleaning the toxic sludge that remains from the wave of red mud that poured out of a nearby alumina refinery’s reservoir Monday.

The heavy rains, which pushed the dam at one of the Ajkai Aluminia Refinery’s 10 containment pools beyond its limits, have subsided. Now, clean-up crews are trying to limit the damage from the 35 million cubic feet of spilled toxic muck, which is the byproduct of the alumina refining process, that has left a thick, rust-red icing for miles around.

Officials worry that the highly caustic spill, which has already been blamed for four deaths and scores of injuries, will contaminate drinking water supplies, rivers, crops, and ecosystems throughout southwest Hungary. Officials are also searching for at least three people who remain missing.

On Wednesday, Hungary opened a criminal investigation into the cause of the spill and the European Union called for authorities to take every measure to contain the environmental damage.

As the sludge dries, officials say, fine particles that make up the red sludge could become airborne and inhaled. Environmentalists say they hope the disaster will bolster their arguments that storing the sludge, which contains heavy metals, in open reservoirs should be outlawed.

While officials are concentrating on cleaning up the affected towns, there appears to be little attention paid to the acres of spoiled fields.

Hungarians living in the most seriously affected areas have been evacuated, but the authorities allowed them back Wednesday to collect belongings not ruined in the flood.

In a community center in Devecser, officials handed out rubber boots and rations of cheese and bread rolls in plastic bags.

Zita Soha, who is helping distribute clean water and food, says there was no warning before the sludge swept through her town. Their only clue that the refinery’s dam had burst was the sound of water. “At 12:30 on Monday, we heard the sound of rushing water,” she says. “What will happen next? We just don’t know.”

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said authorities were caught off guard by the disaster since the plant and reservoir had been inspected only two weeks earlier and no irregularities had been found.

The huge reservoir, which is more than 1,000 feet long and 1,500 feet wide, was no longer leaking Wednesday but a triple-tiered protective wall was being built around its damaged area.

LONDON (Reuters) – BP, which faces U.S. opposition to drilling for oil in the Gulf of Mexico, named fields there that it will use to help finance its $20 billion fund for victims of the worst oil spill in U.S. history.

The oil major on Friday said it would channel revenue from a number of its fields in the Gulf, including Thunder Horse, Atlantis and Mad Dog, into its compensation fund.

“It’s quite a clever thing that BP’s done which is, here are our deep water Gulf of Mexico assets, and we’re pledging overriding royalties as collateral which should suggest to the U.S. administration not to in any way meddle with these facilities,” said Seymour Pierce analyst Alan Sinclair.

There have been concerns that the U.S. could ban BP from future drilling after lawmakers in July voted to pass an amendment to a bill that would prevent BP from acquiring new exploration leases after the blow-out at its Macondo well in April.

A BP spokesman declined to comment on whether the move means the U.S. government has told BP, or the company expects, it will not be banned from future drilling.

Shares in BP gained 2.9 percent to 440 pence at 7:02 a.m. EDT on Friday, their highest level since early June, outperforming Britain’s blue-chip index, which was up 0.6 percent and slightly ahead of the European index of oil and gas companies which was up 2 percent.

Another analyst, who did not wish to be named, noted that BP is planning to sell $30 billion of assets and said the deal between Chinese refiner Sinopec and Spanish oil major Repsol, announced earlier could be driving market optimism on asset prices.

“Repsol’s got a very good price for some of its assets today so maybe people are getting hopeful on that,” he said.

BP also said on Friday that the total bill for fighting the spill and compensating victims hit $11.2 billion by September 29, rising from $9.5 billion on September 18.

The pledging of the assets is in line with the terms of the fund set out in August, when BP agreed to give the fund first priority to some oil revenues to finance its $5 billion contribution this year and the $1.25 billion every quarter from 2011 to 2013.

This is my 23rd posting to Mark’s Corner for 2010 that involves communications with non-humans. It is with great pleasure that I again welcome Adrial, a most beautiful celestial of this universe.

Greeting to all. Those of you who have been reading the messages at this site since 2008 have most rightly concluded that the fear-based problems of Earth and her human inhabitants will not be solved using 3rd dimensional solutions. There are no tools in the 3rd dimension to overcome the fear, lies, war, greed, and power struggles that go on in the 3rd dimension. A more radical approach must be imposed: Moving beyond the enslaving institutions and beliefs of the 3rd dimension to living in higher frequencies based on love and light.

We who observe and prepare you for the great transformation, and there are many of us from around the universe, have known this since the beginning of our involvement – many years ago. Since there is no way out of the 3rd dimension except through transformation, let us explore some of what it will be like in the higher frequencies. What will remain the same? What will be different?

Earth has stated that she is not going away; rather she is ascending to a higher, lighter frequency. She will then function as a brilliant sphere that many souls will desire to experience. Actually she is returning to the frequency that she enjoyed prior to being overwhelmed by the dark energy. From this you can deduce that much of what you perceive as your physical environment will remain intact, albeit somewhat modified. Oceans, mountains, and plains will take on a new brilliance. Deserts will turn green. Plants will have new vibrancies; some will no longer be present. Earth’s animal kingdom will reorganize itself, as all will be based on Oneness. This applies to insects, birds, and fish, as well as mammals.

Humans will be present on Earth, basking in her higher frequencies. Indications of this are the myriad children being born with extraordinary facilities of awareness. These crystal or indigo children are the forerunners of the humans of the new Earth. They will be teachers of their elders who remain with Earth as she ascends to the higher frequencies. The children, easily adapting to a higher frequency world, will lead the way to creating a pristine paradise for humanity.

You will notice major changes in your own body, as well as those of others, as physicality resonates with Earth’s higher frequency. The more sensitive among you are already feeling changes in your bodies. Think of people you know functioning exclusively from a place of love. Imagine yourself infused with light, functioning from a place of love, relating to others with love. You and those who transition to the new Earth will be transformed, and the ways in which you act will be quite different. You will live longer and your body will gradually become younger in support of your new frequency.

The humans of the new Earth will still eat and drink. They will still need shelter, as the climate will moderate but not become tropical. Humans will desire relationships with each other. And humans of the new Earth will want to organize themselves in various ways. Since all will be functioning from a place of love, for no other vibration will be comfortable at these new levels of light, and everyone will be telepathic, organizations will take on new dimensions among people who are functioning from Oneness. There will be little need for organizations such as governments, and there will be no military or police.

Since people will still require food and shelter, and since not everyone will have similar abilities to provide these, there will be a barter system. And since there are limits to bartering, a monetary system will come into existence. Such things as these will happen rather quickly as people “remember” how to construct such a system. (This will be much different than the gradual evolution of monetary systems that occurred historically.) People will recall how the monetary systems of old did not serve them, so there will be no lending or ability to use the monetary system for power of one over another. As previously explored in these messages, elaborate constructs such as corporations will be unnecessary.

Beliefs, and the institutions associated with them, will disappear as people learn to rely on truth. The true nature of man as a soul having a bodily experience will be the basis of all, along with the truth about the elegance of man’s soul. The truth about mankind’s history on this planet will be unveiled. The truth about God and His universe will become apparent with the appearance of our brothers and sisters from other star systems. Truth will be the norm, so education will be quite different among people who “know” rather than believe. There will be no opportunity for one to seek advantage over another by using their superior insights or abilities. Rather education will be a collaborative learning experience involving beings from around the universe.

There will be no disease caused by fear, stress, viruses, bacteria, or parasites; these are part of the 3rd dimension fear-based paradigm. There may be a need for doctors to attend to the occasional broken arm, but physical bodies will be universally healthy within Earth’s new environment. People will be educated to honor and care for their physical health; this will be the principle activity of the “medical” profession. Things like massage will still be required for those who over-tax their bodies, but the absence of stress and the ability to adjust one’s physical form will eliminate much of the need for any type of outside assistance.

The environmental problems caused by the burning of fossil fuels and mining for such fuels, plus minerals and metals will be terminated. Machinery that depends on the burning of fossil fuels will no longer function as supplies disappear. Transportation will grind to a halt, as will the production of electricity from fossil fuels. Alternative technologies will be introduced to provide electricity; new technologies will be introduced to replace existing machines.

In the higher dimensions you will immediately notice that there are fewer people on Earth. Only those who can truly enjoy the higher frequencies will be present. Those of you who desire to ascend with Earth will discover ways to increase your frequency. Some individuals will immediately ascend to much higher frequencies, there they will then act as mentors and coaches for those in the lower frequencies, such is done today by your brothers and sisters from other star systems.

You might glean from the above that the process of transforming Earth to a higher frequency might take some time. That more gradual process was to have started many years ago; it has been repeatedly delayed by the actions of the dark energy and its minions, as they cling to the last vestiges of their power and wealth in order to maintain the status quo, and continue the enslavement of mankind. As it stands today, the transformation will be swift, occurring over the coming months. We see the monetary system as the first man-made construct to crumble. Governments, corporations, and religions will quickly follow.

The collapse of man made structures is playing out against a background of energies coming to Earth from distant sources. These energies are already impacting everyone’s’ physical and emotional body. Physical disabilities are surfacing. Emotions are being exaggerated. Relationships are being tested. The process of transforming humans from carbon-based to crystal can be a somewhat painful and disconcerting experience. Earth is also receiving these energies as witnessed by the extraordinary “natural” and man-made disasters, plus extreme weather, all occurring since the beginning of the year. These will intensify in the coming months as Earth sheds the remaining vestiges of the darkness of the 3rd dimension.

I will now respond to questions posed by the readers of these communications. Is God energy or is He someone we may talk with? As with any question about God, the answer is almost always both and much more. He is the energy that created and now upholds this universe. At the same time He is intimate with you, and is very capable of speaking to you. God is present everywhere in His universe. Very simply, God Is.

Another question relates to divinity and to soul groups. Some say that each human can be seen as divine because their soul is so wondrous and beautiful. The soul of each earth human, and indeed of all beings throughout the universe, is beautiful, and is everlasting in that it survives mortal life. At the same time a soul reincarnates over and over again, along with souls of a soul group who are all learning, experiencing, and growing. Each soul is on a journey to become all that it may become, to advance to higher energies and greater wisdom. The members of the soul group play different roles for each other: father or mother, son or daughter, friends or adversary, different races, and sexual preferences. The individual soul is also part of a cumulative oversoul that is amassing the collective experiences of many lifetimes. Add that there is no time in the soul level and you have individual and cumulative souls at a divine level all in simultaneous time.

Your dreams and states of semi-consciousness are important in that they provide information about your soul’s activities. Dreams are another way of looking at your life as a human. They may portend the future or they may give insights into the present. Keeping notes on your dreams is important, as the memories fade with the new day. In the dream state you may travel, may encounter, and may gain knowledge. Those of us who are at higher frequencies often use dreams and states of semi-consciousness to impart messages.

As to why we are not coming down from our starships to assist you, we are. Many of your star brothers and sisters walk among you. Some are materialized as humans with whom you interact. Some are walk-ins. Many of your race have been contacted, some from childhood. Your star brothers and sisters are conscious of your free will and will not trample on it despite a great desire to assist. At the same time, a much larger number of your space brothers and sisters await here in orbit, await your invitation to come in peace. With current attitudes and control of the media by those in power, any mass appearance would be misconstrued as an aggressive act and would be resisted militarily. This would result in unacceptably high numbers of casualties among those who are not awakened. Since this is to be avoided, we are finding other ways to make appearances in peace and love.

This is my 22nd posting to Mark’s Corner for 2010 that involves communications with non-humans. It is with great pleasure that I again welcome Moraine and Justine, for their experience in the Altair system can give us insights into what is before us.


Greetings: Today we wish to discuss the challenges you will face after you have raised your frequency to the 4th dimensions, after your existing structures and beliefs have disappeared, after the earth shifts are completed, and your lives have been vastly changed. This is the moment when you will find yourselves in a love-dominated civilization. It will be exquisite if you allow yourselves to flow with the changes. We are offering this communication based on our experience on Supsten after we transitioned.

We see fear-based choices and actions gradually subsiding as love based choices and actions replace them. This is an on-going process; one that will continue until love becomes the dominant way of being. Each human on Earth is being asked to choose whether they wish to move into this strange, new love-dominated culture. The summation of these many choices creates a new way of being, a new civilization.

There is a moment when you will shift from linear time to the “now.” One moment you are in linear time the next moment you are in the now. You will perceive that something has changed, in fact all has changed — for you will see all differently. So this is your first challenge. How will you navigate in this new way of perceiving, this new way of experiencing?

The second challenge has to do with your body, in that you will feel lighter. Old aches and pains will be gone. You will have perfect eyesight and hearing, and your touch will be extraordinarily sensitive. Things will smell so wonderful, and their taste will be glorious. This may be quite a pleasant shock. How will you accommodate yourself to this situation?

Many of your actions today are designed to avoid disease. In the 4th dimension, the diseases introduced by the dark energy are unknown. Your bodies will vibrate at a frequency that disease can no longer reside with them. Many of you have become attuned to living with physical disabilities and accosted by disease, how will you now function? How will you go about your new life without worrying about catching one disease or another.

Relationships are the next challenge. Everyone will perceive things a little differently. There will have been no conditioning as to how you are to perceive, no parents to coach you, no prescribed box in which you fit, no rules or regulations. It will be wonderful, but also quite disconcerting.

The next challenge is to manage telepathy, for you will have this marvelous gift after the shift to the 4th dimension. For the first time (for most of you), you will be able to communicate without words. You will merely think a message you wish to send to another and it will be transmitted. Others will be sending you messages also. In fact you will be receiving large numbers of messages simultaneously, and you may initially feel bombarded with the thoughts of others. Your first challenge will be to filter what you wish to receive and what you do not. Discrimination is the order of the day, then learning to manage what you wish to say to another.

Once you have mastered the basics of telepathy you can begin to establish relationships with other people. Keep in mind that everyone will be operating from a basis of love – this alone will be quite a change. There will be no judgments – after all everyone is in the same situation. How do you relate to someone who can receive your honest transmission without the filter of conventional politeness, without the filter of your emotions, or your choice of words?

We have spoken of the absence of fear. Today you are immersed in a fear-dominated paradigm. Almost all aspects of your current environment and many of your relationships are built on fear. Fear of being cold leads you to build shelters. Fear of being hungry leads you to purchase and store food. Fear of rejection inhibits your relationships or may cause you to purchase a certain product. Fear of poverty leads you to achieve and to save. Fear of authority determines your actions. Many of your beliefs are fear based. Those who control you use fear as a major tactic. Fear is the bases for almost everything of your current civilization; no one lives without its effects. How will you react to the 4th dimension where there is no fear to constrain you or proscribe your actions?

One corollary of your fear-based society is that each of you has established a comfort zone in which you live your lives. You have your daily routines. You have your circle of friends and relatives. You have your favorite foods and drinks, and your favorite pastimes. Your comfort zone is the result of coping with a fear-dominated civilization. When you no longer living in your comfort zone, how will you react? Moving forward is an individual choice. Some will make this choice, others will not, as they find that their current situation is too comfortable and familiar to risk giving up.

If you are now highly conscious, elements of the new reality of which we speak may come upon you gradually, then one day you will wake up and all of it will be before you. It is not that you are un-prepared to deal with any one aspect of your new reality, it is that you will now deal with all of it simultaneously. We can attest from personal experience, that this will be quite challenging, as you can no longer fall back on old familiar ways of acting.

We have also spoken of the need for all manmade structures that are based on fear to disappear so that others may take their places. However, do not expect this to happen instantaneously. Supplanting existing constructs cannot happen quickly; constructs based on fear – governments, monetary systems, corporations, and religions – took many years to build. It will take time to reestablish loved-based versions of them. (More about this in a subsequent communication.) Likewise all beliefs that are fear based will disappear to make way for truth.

Will this transition be easy or quick? No. It will be gradual as individuals change. The mass of people changes only slowly, one person at a time. There will be no mass conversion to a basis of love. It will take place one individual at a time. Beliefs change slowly, not in an instant. Look at your own experience, Mark, it has taken several years for you to move from a fear-based individual to one based in love, and throughout this you were quite open to the whole process. You are a natural risk taker. For someone who is by his or her nature more cautious, change will come more slowly. So it is with the majority of the population; they are not risk takers. Only a small percentage of any population are leaders who will show the way.

Layer these factors of the transition onto the changes Earth is undertaking as she moves from a fossil fuel based civilization to one that does not puncture or gouge her skin, and you have the makings of the great transition in which Earth and all of you are engaged. It is any wonder that there was a waiting line to see who would incarnate at this moment? This is exciting stuff. The drama is intense as we watch it inch forward day by day.

The institute we are creating will allow us to come and assist humans to navigate in their new way of being, for the transition to a love based civilization will take some getting used to. For now we broadcast energy, walk among you working in select situations, and interact with selected people. In the future we wish to broaden this interaction and work with many to help them accommodate themselves to all the new things of which we have spoken.

Farmers in Thailand tend to a rice paddy in Yala province. Rice paddies are one of the main sources of methane emissions worldwide.

Carbon dioxide is the gas we most associate with global warming, but methane gas also plays an important role. For reasons that are not well understood, methane gas stopped increasing in the atmosphere in the 1990s. But now it appears to be once again on the rise. Scientists are trying to understand why — and what to do about it.

Methane gas comes from all sorts of sources including wetlands, rice paddies, cow tummies, coal mines, garbage dumps and even termites. Drew Shindell, at NASA’s Goddard Institute in New York, says, “It’s gone up by 150 percent since the pre-industrial period. So that’s an enormous increase. CO2, by contrast, has gone up by something like 30 percent.”

Molecule for molecule, methane is much more effective than carbon dioxide at trapping heat in the atmosphere. And that’s just part of the trouble.

“Methane is much more complicated once it gets into the atmosphere than something like carbon dioxide is,” Shindell says, “and that’s because it reacts with a lot of different important chemicals.”

Bad For Climate And Health

For example, methane in the atmosphere also creates ground-level ozone. And ozone isn’t only bad for human health; it also contributes to global warming. Shindell recently totaled up all the effects of methane emissions and realized that the heating effect is more than 60 percent that of carbon dioxide’s.

“So that tells you that methane is a pretty big player.”

Methane in the atmosphere leveled off in the 1990s, so it seemed that efforts to control industrial emissions were keeping this problem gas in check. But since 2007, methane levels have been on the rise again.

Wetlands Cause Vicious Cycle

A study published last week in Science magazine suggests that at least part of this increase is coming from the vast wetlands in Canada, Russia and the Arctic. The methane in wetlands comes from naturally occurring bacteria. But study author Paul Palmer at the University of Edinburgh says the bacteria are producing more methane because the temperature is rising.

“The higher the temperature, the more efficient they are at producing methane,” he says. So global warming is causing these wetlands to produce more methane. And the methane is causing more global warming.

“This really does demonstrate the fact that we are having this vicious cycle in the climate system. And we’re seeing it now.”

It’s not yet to the stage where it’s a runaway warming effect, Palmer says. But climate scientists are worried that we could hit that tipping point.

There’s no obvious way to control methane from natural wetlands other than to keep them from overheating. But at least half of methane emissions are from human activities, ranging from cattle-rearing and natural gas exploration to coal mining.

Capturing Methane Cost-Effective

Since methane is the main ingredient of natural gas, efforts to capture it can actually pay for themselves. You use the gas for energy. And Shindell says there are other benefits of controlling methane. Methane contributes to ozone, which costs society real money because of its human health effects, and ozone also damages crops.

“So if you account for all the economics, all the gains that you get through the benefits of controlling methane that aren’t even related to climate, you find that many of the reductions you could make actually pay for themselves,” Shindell says.

Even so, there’s relatively little effort now to control methane. Mohamed El-Ashry at the United Nations Foundation says part of the reason has been a fear by governments and advocates that attacking methane would be a dangerous distraction.

“People are worried about diverting attention away from carbon dioxide,” he says. “But that shouldn’t really be the case at all.”

Restart Methane Projects

Both problems need to be solved sooner or later. But global methane projects practically ground to a halt last year.

El-Ashry says that was partly because of uncertainty over the outcome of the global warming talks in Copenhagen, and partly because of the global financial crisis. Credit wasn’t available to finance methane projects, even though they were ready to go.

El-Ashry is part of a group advocating for a new $200 million fund to help jump-start these methane programs again.

“Here is an opportunity to have an immediate effect in terms of impacts, particularly on the Arctic, and secondary impacts, like on health,” he says.

And the good thing about methane is that it stays in the air for only about a decade, so if you can reduce emissions, you can see quick results.

The list of unsupported and unscientific claims in the IPCC Climate Change Report 2007 grows ever longer.

Five senior scientists have written to the head of IPCC, Dr R K Pachauri, to highlight “serious and dangerous deficiencies” in the notes on biofuels in the recently released IPCC AR4 Mitigation book [1]. The IPCC Synthesis Report is expected to be approved by national delegations this month.

They highlight that no proof has been given, even when requested from the relevant Author, of the claim in the SPM (Summary for Policy Makers) that biofuel blending, as a policy, measure or instrument, had been “environmentally effective…in at least a number of national cases.”

They are now calling for the full basis for this claim in the SPM to be revealed, or for the claim to be withdrawn.

If they knew then what we know now, they wouldn’t have bothered.

World’s biggest coal company brings U.S. government to court in climate fraud

The world’s largest private sector coal business, the Peabody Energy Company (PEC) has filed a mammoth 240-page “Petition for Reconsideration,” a full-blown legal challenge against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

The petition must be answered and covers the entire body of leaked emails from ‘Climategate’ as well as those other ‘gate’ revelations including the frauds allegedly perpetrated under such sub-headings as ‘Himalayan Glaciers,’ ‘African Agricultural Production,’ ‘Amazon Rain Forests,’ ‘Melting Mountain Ice,’ ‘Netherlands Below Sea Level’ as well as those much-publicized abuses of the peer-review literature and so called ‘gray literature.’ These powerful litigants also draw attention to the proven criminal conduct by climate scientists in refusing to honor Freedom of Information law (FOIA) requests.

Peabody is, in effect, challenging the right of the current U.S. federal government to introduce cap and trade regulations by the ‘back door.’ In this article we summarize Peabody’s legal writ.

PEC has pulled out all the stops to overturn the EPA findings ‘Endangerment and Cause or Contribute Findings for Greenhouse Gases under Section 202(a) of the Clean Air Act’ made on December 7, 2009. Those findings were in turn premised on the Supreme Court decision of April 2, 2007 of Massachusetts v. EPA, 549 U.S. 497 (2007), where the court ruled that greenhouse gases are air pollutants covered by the Clean Air Act.

PEC argues inter alia that the law requires that the federal agency must articulate a “rational connection between the facts found and the choice made” as per the case of Motor Vehicle Mfrs. Ass’n of the United States, Inc. v. State Farm Mutual Auto Ins. Co., 463 U.S. 29, 43 (1983).

The PEC arguments are based primarily on the release of email and other information from the University of East Anglia (“UEA”) Climatic Research Unit (“CRU”) in November of last year. Their civil action lists most of the principle scientists such as Professor Phil Jones, of the UK’s Climatic Research Unit, who recently admitted there has been no ‘statistically significant’ global warming for 15 years and agreed the Medieval Warm Period may have been just as warm, if not warmer than current global temperatures.
