Note: What I am trying to do with this new book is to pull together stuff in my blog articles into one comprehensive and tight whole, for possible mainstream book publishing. This introduction and further chapters will be works in progress until such publication happens. I think this introduction gives a pretty good overview of my perceptions of exopolitics right now.

INTRODUCTION

We and our world are rapidly evolving into a spacefaring society and contrary to what the public has been told by official bodies we are not alone and never have been alone. We who have dedicated our lives to the study of extraterrestrial reality have learned that the universe is highly populated with very large numbers of intelligent extraterrestrial spacefaring races and civilizations, some which have come to earth for a variety of reasons, motivations and agendas. The truth is that in past 70 years our planetary civilization has already moved far into the process of integrating into extraterrestrial reality to an extent that is far beyond the awareness and comprehension of the ordinary person.

At this point if the reader is not well informed about UFO/ET reality, they may find these question come to mind: If this is so, how come I and so many other people don’t know this? Why don’t the ETs land on the White House lawn? If our governments know this why have we not been told? Even if true I don’t see how it’s going to affect me?

It’s always a struggle to reduce complex problems down their fundamentals and the best simple explanation I have been able to come up with is this: Our society is no longer just run by national governments but by a globalist corporate elite that manage world populations through finance and the media. Our situation in regards to the globalist elite and extraterrestrial reality, is similar to that of the populations of North Korea in relation to its elite and the rest of the world. The only difference is a matter of scale. The North Korean tyrants have managed to isolate and control public access to technology and knowledge available through access to other countries. On one hand they suppress and control access by the masses to the rest of the world, but on the other hand they exploit their elite access to the rest of the world to their advantage.

Autocratic regimes over time tend to accumulate wealth and technological luxuries for the elite that is not available to the ordinary person. In a sense on a small scale the autocratic elite create a small breakaway civilization more advanced that the country as a whole in which they live. This breakaway civilization draws on the resources and the labor of the people in a parasitic manner taking much more than is given back to the overall society.

I think the reader as he or she become informed about exopolitics (The politics of the Universe) will come to realize that the global elite are doing the exact same thing to global populations as other national elites do to their countries. It’s my thesis and that of other credible investigators that the Globalist elite have beginning in the 1940s, have isolated global populations, using a secret policy of denial and ridicule, from the reality of the existence of many extraterrestrial races while at the very same time exploiting there special access to ET reality. My contention is that like their smaller elite counterparts in nations, the Globalists have created and rule a very advanced breakaway society through fear and intimidation and greed disguised in the name of National Security, special access and need to know. Due to the extreme compartmentalization, most people involved in the National Security apparatus of countries, don’t see nor understand the big picture, for if they did they would revolt against this covert tyranny. Trillions of dollars are being siphoned off by the black parasitic classified world from the host society through black projects, drug running, manipulation of paper money, reverse engineering technology and reintroducing that technology into society as original intellectual property for immense profit. In this book I intend to present evidence and concepts that this parasitic breakaway civilization has secretly broken away from the host civilization and has not only been secretly interacting with other ET civilizations on an intimate and regular basis, but now owns a secret space fleet that is so far advanced using field propulsion technologies, that it is capable of, and does travel to other solar systems and planetary bodies on a regular basis to meet and interact with ET races, possibly establishing bases, embassies and colonies on other worlds. Even more disturbing is that some ET races are cooperating, perhaps even controlling the Globalist elite as this elite attempts to consolidate complete control over world populations as in North Korea. The extraterrestrials known as the Annunaki have a long history of control and manipulation of humanity through politics and religion. The same seems to true of certain species of those ETs know as the Greys. The Tall Whites seem to have a limited agenda on earth as it is profitable and convenient for them to trade technology for supply of their base at Nellis AFB. (Search words: Charles Hall, Tall Whites) On the other hand there seem to be human extraterrestrials that look almost like us who prefer not to cooperate with world governments and the Globalists that control those governments until our global society becomes more democratic and transparent. For this they are harassed by Air Forces around the globe on a continuous basis.

To many this will seem like science fiction, but I intend to provide evidence to the reader that much of what the ordinary person considers to be science fiction has already covertly become science fact. The truth is that the creation of the classified breakaway civilization and its rapid technological development has been protected from the rest of our society by a propaganda wall of denial and ridicule for the past 70 years that only now with the modern Internet and social networks is beginning to break down. The Globalist agenda of world domination and control is also coming under great pressure by these same social forces unleashed by the Internet.

Those of us researching extraterrestrial life and the breakaway civilization have had to contend with a homegrown very advanced Psyops (Psychological Operations) run against both the lay person and the science and religious professional. To make things even more complicated and difficult is the fact that many different extraterrestrial races interacting with mankind are running their own Psyops operations directed for and against each other and for and against us. Anybody wither they realize it or now when they enter the UFO/ET field have entered what the military calls the mental battlefield. It’s an intelligence operative’s playground chock full of all kinds of traps, snares and poison baits laid by homegrown operatives and ET operatives infiltrated into our global society.

Psyops run the gamut from silly fabricated disinformation stories run by tabloids like the Weekly World News with military Psyops connections to intensify the ridicule factor, to mass media propaganda operations and internet disinformation operations to clog social networks, to infiltration and control of UFO groups within the UFO/ET community. It’s taken me a lifetime to cut through all the crap, dig up the ore so to speak and refine it for the gems it contains.
Our species is young, resilient and adaptable but we are hindered by our still short lifespans which put us at great disadvantage in dealing with extraterrestrials with much longer lifespans. Until we can extend our lifespans to a thousand years we have to improve our ability to transfer information to the young, so that they can better use what adaptive advantages we have in having short lifespans.

I think of us like the short lived fruit fly, which because of its short lifespan, can quickly adapt to changing environmental conditions, something that life with longer lifespans has more difficulty coping and adapting to rapid change. While we work to remove our liabilities, let’s also be sure to use our assets to our greatest advantage to understand extraterrestrial realities.

For all the criticism we heap up ourselves much of it well founded, we are nevertheless a hardy adaptable race emerging as top predator on this planet as have other ET races emerged as top predators on their home planets or of artificial creation. Lots of folks have pie in the sky expectations that somehow emerging stellar races quickly become altruistic, had better think again. Just as the laws of physics apply not only to earth, the laws of nature equally apply across the universe. It helps to have an ecological background because one can see competition and cooperation everywhere in nature where both predators and prey compete and cooperate for evolutionary advantages on earth and in space.

Exopolitics is a relatively new field of inquiry that just recently emerged out of the older UFO/ET field sometimes called UFOlogy. The emergence of exopolitics has been remarkably similar to the rise of the ecological field out of the older natural sciences. I was fortunate to have been raised in a family of early ecologists and to have actually been mentored by one of the founders of ecology, Herb Stoddard, a close friend and mentor of my Dad, the first widely recognized fire ecologist.

In the 1920’s museum collectors like Herb and my Dad and my uncle Roy, began to think beyond the accumulation and categorizing of specimens for natural history museums. They realized that the flora and fauna in nature were in dynamic complex interactions with each other. In the 1980s having investigated and studied UFOs and extraterrestrial life for over a decade I and a few others in the public domain realized that humanity was in dynamic interaction with many extraterrestrial species. We also had become aware that there were very advanced secret covert programs underway for decades, even while world governments promoted a policy of public denial and ridicule of the subject.

When Alfred Webre introduced the term exopolitics, into the public domain over a decade ago this galvanized into organized action several individuals who had been already thinking along these lines. These individuals were Paola Harris, Michael Salla, Alfred Webre, Tom Hansen, Steve Bassett and myself in public and others not so well known in private. In such a manner the new field of exopolitics came into existence and now over a decade later it has spread to most countries around the globe with many new exopolitical leaders emerging too numerous to mention.

Overnight exopolitics became controversial partly because of credibility problems among some of the founders who have promoted a mix of credible and not credible contactees, abductees and whistleblowers. In my mind Alfred Webre has become the most damaging leading individual in this regard undoing all the good he has done for the field in the past. All this is still in the process of being sorted out, but critics have been guilty of throwing the baby out with the bathwater as well. On the other hand a large part of the criticism has been unfounded due to the inability of many in the UFO community to comprehend that naturally evolving Homo Erectus genome seems to have been artificially genetically modified into Homo Sapiens by the Annunaki extraterrestrials. If the Sumerian texts, the Bible, and the Hindu scriptures are literally correct, the Annunaki inserted their own genetic material into Homo Erectus in an attempt to domestic the naturally evolving Homo Erectus as Homo Sapiens. As if this were not tyrannical or predatory enough, it would appear that since that time earth humans have been overtly and now covertly herded and managed in a kind of extraterrestrial psyops operation duping earth humanity into thinking these Annunaki are God or gods as a tool of direct and indirect Annunaki enslavement through religion and politics.

While the writing of the late Zecharia Sitchin are controversial and do contain some errors of translation as discussed in the Wikipedia entry, one should read the huge amount of relevant material in the old religious texts and draw one’s own conclusions. We can see if this material is true that its effect on world religions post-disclosure would be traumatic, just one of the many reasons why many in the know still resist disclosure. Just think that this would be just for world religions with the same being in store for other established institutions, which could be just as seriously affected by full disclosure.

Since the implied artificial creation of Homo Sapiens out of Homo Erectus there seems have been a dynamic genetic and cultural interaction with many more technologically advanced extraterrestrial civilizations over time with claims now being made that the earth human genome contains genes of over 20 different extraterrestrial races. Obviously this could be one of many reasons why many ET races are interested in earth humanity.

We must be careful not to paint all ET races with the same brush because there are many different ET motivations and agendas involved both predatory and cooperative. In such a situation it is important to know who our friends are as well as our enemies. The natural processes of competition and cooperation apply not only to earth but to the rest of the universe as well it would appear. Thus the old adage is true, As below, So above.

Today’s scientific establishment after an incredible amount of controversy is now admitting that Homo Sapiens has around 4 percent Homo Erectus and other species of early Homo in its genome due to interbreeding. It would appear that there is a much greater humanity of which earth humanity is only a small part and that the trade and exchange of human genetic material technology and culture is a kind of currency of the extraterrestrial celestial realm. It is often frustrating trying to inform a public that has been propagandized, lied to, and essentially brainwashed by world governments for 70 years. I hope this book will answer that most basic and fundamentally uninformed question that many of the public first ask when confronted with evidence of ET life. So what if ET exists, I don’t see how it’s going to affect me? The fact is that we are all being fundamentally impacted and affected from the high price of oil, our rapid technological advancement, right up to the our most cherished political, religious and scientific institutions and the sooner we become aware the better.

Another fundamental imbalance I would like to address in this book is that world governments have been concentrating of reverse engineering extraterrestrial technologies because of the huge sums of money to me made and elite power over the rest of society to be accumulated. This has resulted in what Richard Dolan calls the Breakaway Civilization of the Classified World, of those with extraterrestrial access being aligned against and preying upon those without extraterrestrial access. This is a most serious problem for earth humanity now and into the future.

One of the things I hope to accomplish in this book is to show that while extraterrestrial technologies are important, they are only part of a much vaster realm of information and understanding, cultural, religious, scientific, social and political that is being presently downplayed by those with ET access and a lust for power. I really don’t see this dangerous imbalance being adequately addressed, until all of earth humanity has extraterrestrial access and this cannot happen as long as the longstanding UFO/ET cover up is in place. For this reason many of us involved in exopolitics also have developed a UFO activist streak.

I use Facebook and other social networks to monitor the UFO/ET disclosure process in general and the evolution of exopolitical thought in particular on a daily basis. I run a little UFO/ET news service on my wall as well, that folks can access by friending me. It’s appalling to see how far behind conceptually the established leaders in science, religion and politics are in regards to exopolitics. Only recently have these leaders begun to come forward in the mainstream press to discuss in a very rudimentary and limited way, possible agendas and motives of hypothetical extraterrestrials. Exopolitics today is already light years ahead of these establishment leaders who have been suppressed in their thinking by the now 70 year old UFO/ET cover-up either by the propaganda, lies, deceptions and a general brainwashing by world governments, or by their own leaders who have in return for special access, propagandized against their own communities.

When I lived in Fairbanks Alaska folks would place bets for a big prize to the winner who could accurately predict when the ice on the Chena River would break up. A tripod was embedded in the ice so that when the ice broke it would move and trigger a device giving an exact time of the river breakup.

This event was a big gamble because even though one could measure the thickness of the ice as it melts in the spring there were so many variables to contend with that any attempt to predict the exact time of breakup was impossible. I think this is an apt metaphor or analogy as to the UFO/ET disclosure process. A similar thing happened as to the breakup of the old Soviet Union. Intelligence analysts and even the public could see that the foundations of the old order in the USSR was crumbling, but when the empire collapsed in short order, even the CIA was caught by surprise.

What I am going to try to do in in this book in my own small way is to address the sad state of induced ignorance and brainwashing of both the public and most of our scientific, political and religious leaders the past 70 years by secret shadow governments with extraterrestrial access. We will go far beyond the most simple minded questions and concepts such as: Is ET out there? Is ET good or evil? Are we evil and should ET destroy us before we become a threat to them? So what if ET exists, I don’t see how I am being affected so why should I care? Why should I waste my time on such a silly subject?

More enlightened questions should be. How many ET races are interacting with us? What are they like, what are the specific agendas and motivations of each ET race or civilization? How many races or civilizations are world governments now interacting with in these Technological Transfer Programs (TTPs)? If we are getting technology, what are they getting from us in return? What races or civilizations are manipulating our DNA and our culture and for what reasons? Are we being managed like sheep beyond our ability to comprehend? What ET races are preying upon us covertly beyond our awareness and ability to defend ourselves? What races and civilizations take a win-win approach to relationship with us? How can we avoid relations with ET races that are treating us as prey and how can we better develop relations with races and civilizations that will work with us for mutual symbiotic benefit?

I feel it is important to be proactive and be prepared for a probable sudden collapse of the gradual disclosure process into a very rapid chaotic disclosure process when the ice finally breaks so to speak. I think the mainstream media and the social networks can play a big role in smoothing transition from as pre-disclosure world to a post-disclosure world. It’s important for folks to realize that this is a very big deal and it’s going to affect all of earth humanity in very drastic and unpredictable ways, because it relates to the very way we view ourselves and our relation to the rest of the universe. Once the top of Pandora’s Box is blown off, things will never be the same again and we are going to have to adapt very quickly as a species. We must prepare for this now.

I have been in this UFO/ET field for over 40 years, so not only do I have some understanding of other extraterrestrial races and civilizations, I can also begin to see how these others see us. In spite of all our great shortcomings we have adapted and survived all kind of natural and artificial catastrophes to beat out other species of Homo to become top predator on the planet. We are a hardy aggressive species that is also capable of cooperation when our evolutionary survival is threatened. So I think sometimes we are just too hard on ourselves and should appreciate that other species evolving to become top predators on other planets have been through much the same natural and artificial processes to get to where they are today.

I think having an ecological background is now really beginning to bear fruit for me in understanding the nature of extraterrestrial realities. I suspect having such a background is hardly an accident and was planned out in detail before birth. I will devote a chapter in this book to the even greater reality context in which our physical universe seems to be embedded, and which intrudes in many different ways into our physical universe. For now I would like to concentrate on the lesser context of life across the physical universe as evidenced by those who have had contact with this life here on earth and in the near earth environs.

We even now can access two very important sources of information on extraterrestrial life. We can look at earth as a sample of one and realize that if life evolved here it also has evolved on other planets like ours throughout the universe. We can also look at the evidence of extraterrestrial contact with our species where other species having evolved technologically to a point so as to transverse the great distances between the stars just as the European explorers in their day transversed the vast distances between the continents with sailing ship technology.

None other than Nick Pope who once headed the MODs UFO Office made this admission of his participation in psyops to the press: “I’m a little bit apologetic about this because obviously, when I was in MOD, I had to play this game myself. To really achieve our policy of downplaying the UFO phenomenon, we would use a combination of ‘spin and dirty tricks.’ “We used terms like UFO buffs and UFO spotters — terms that mean these people are nut jobs. In other words, we were implying that this is just a very somewhat quaint hobby that people have as opposed to a serious research interest.”

Furthermore we must not only sort through copious amounts of disinformation being pumped out by global intelligence communities to obscure core truths as to the existence and nature of extraterrestrial reality, we also have to sort out the real whistle-blowers, contactees, abductees who follow a truthful agenda from those false whistle-blowers, contactees and abductees who are into all this with agendas other than the truth.

I think an appropriate metaphor or analogy would be a gold mining operation where we have a very large amount of ore to process to get at the gold all the while having to deal with folks scattering fool’s gold in the mix. One has to have a capable mind of an intelligence operative and analyst to adequately mine this ore and process it something that many people in the UFO/ET field have trouble doing to their great frustration. It’s a mistake to think that as many in the UFO community have been misled to believe by clever intelligence moles, that the problem of UFOs and ET contact can be solved by standard scientific procedures. Because we are dealing with a UFO/ET cover-up by intelligent people with great resources, and ETs that are even more intelligent than ourselves, thinking that standard science can address these issues is a deliberate misdirection.

Jacque Valee a UFO/ET investigator had a very enlightening conversation with an intelligence operative by the name of Major Murphy that is quite relevant to the discussion here: ‘Then he posed a question that, obvious as it seems, had not really occurred to me: “What makes you think that UFOs are a scientific problem?”

I replied with something to the effect that a problem was only scientific in the way it was approached, but he would have none of that, and he began lecturing me. First, he said, science had certain rules. For example, it has to assume that the phenomenon it is observing is natural in origin rather than artificial and possibly biased. Now the UFO phenomenon could be controlled by alien beings. “If it is,” added the Major, “then the study of it doesn’t belong to science. It belongs to Intelligence.” Meaning counterespionage. And that, he pointed out, was his domain.
“Now, in the field of counterespionage, the rules are completely different.”

He drew a simple diagram in my notebook. “You are a scientist. In science there is no concept of the ‘price’ of information. Suppose I gave you 95 per cent of the data concerning a phenomenon. You’re happy because you know 95 per cent of the phenomenon. Not so in intelligence. If I get 95 per cent of the data, I know that this is the ‘cheap’ part of the information. I still need the other 5 percent, but I will have to pay a much higher price to get it. You see, Hitler had 95 per cent of the information about the landing in Normandy. But he had the wrong 95 percent!”
“Are you saying that the UFO data we use to compile statistics and to find patterns with computers are useless?” I asked. “Might we be spinning our magnetic tapes endlessly discovering spurious laws?”

“It all depends on how the team on the other side thinks. If they know what they’re doing, there will be so many cutouts between you and them that you won’t have the slightest chance of tracing your way to the truth. Not by following up sightings and throwing them into a computer. They will keep feeding you the information they want you to process. What is the only source of data about the UFO phenomenon? It is the UFOs themselves!”

Some things were beginning to make a lot of sense. “If you’re right, what can I do? It seems that research on the phenomenon is hopeless, then. I might as well dump my computer into a river.”
“Not necessarily, but you should try a different approach. First you should work entirely outside of the organized UFO groups; they are infiltrated by the same official agencies they are trying to influence, and they propagate any rumor anyone wants to have circulated. In Intelligence circles, people like that are historical necessities. We call them ‘useful idiots’. When you’ve worked long enough for Uncle Sam, you know he is involved in a lot of strange things. The data these groups get is biased at the source, but they play a useful role.

It’s important for the neophyte in exopolitics to understand that from the moment they enter the field they have entered one of the many mental battle zones in what the military now calls the mental battlefield. In the mental battle field the truth seeker struggles to regain awareness lost in a realm where words and the media have become weapons, as psyops wars rage across around the globe instigated by those with little interest in truth but desire power over others.

As I have been pointing out we can understand much about ourselves by studying mankind and the natural world. Natural and artificial evolutionary processes don’t stop upon leaving earth no more than the laws of physics which extend across the universe. I consider it highly likely that in the natural world the process of competition and cooperation for life’s necessities and pleasures extend out across the universe as well as do the laws of economics, religion and politics.

What seem to be going on amongst the earth human species are not just overt hostilities that everyone can see, but covert hostilities with many are preyed upon and victimized because what is happening to them is beyond their scope of awareness. Not only are these competitive and cooperative natural and artificial process driving earth human interspecies overt and covert warfare, it is also driving covert warfare and predation and cooperation between earth based humanity and other human and non-human species on a mental and material battlefields that span across the known physical universe and maybe even into the spiritual realm in which the physical world seems to be embedded.

Just take a close look at what is going on in nature around you. The plants are competing with each other for light and nutrients and water, with some winning out over others who die out. It’s the same among the animals where one moment you are predator and the next moment prey. The evidence available in the public domain suggests the same processes and pressures that are happening in earth human society are also happening among other extraterrestrial civilizations.
One of the problems the UFO/ET community has is that we have plenty of people with military, intelligence, engineering, economic, scientific and even medical backgrounds but few with backgrounds in the natural sciences and the ecological fields. It’s been my experience that members of the biological sciences may have been more damaged by the UFO/ET cover-up than say engineers, military and intelligence people who have or have friends who have come into contact with ET technology and so mitigate the damage.

Why should we think there is more order and harmony in the celestial sphere than there is here on earth? Religious scholars used to think that the heavens were pure and orderly and science proved that this was not the case. This thinking that somehow more technological advanced intelligences are different out there is the same kind of false thinking that religious scholars of the past have made with the heavens in general. This split or divide in the UFO/ET community and even in the black world, between those that think ET is good and those who think ET is evil, is just an indication of lack of ecological understanding.

I hope I can suceed in informing the reader what they are stepping into when they become interested in UFOs either because they have seen one, or had contact, or have become interested by reading and through the media. I have seen too many people with good intentions become discouraged when they have fallen under the spell of sirens of the new age only to discover too late that they have been victimized by fraudulent whistle-blowers, channelers, prophets, abductees and contactees.

There is great understanding in the understanding of extraterrestrial realities, but one must proceed with eyes wide open else one unknowingly becomes prey. I hope this book can be a guidebook of sorts to help both the neophyte and the expert navigate the treacherous waters of exopolitics.
